Strength & conditioning

The AAPES strength training program is 100% unique to AAPES and draws on a wealth of information from the varied careers and specialities of our strength coaches. Develop tone and/or muscle mass, lose weight, learn cool callisthenics and hand balancing skills... these classes are always a challenge and will leave your muscles aching, body tired and very satisfied!

While strength and conditioning are not essential to learning parkour skills they will help develop longer and more powerful movements and improve your endurance,  ability and safety!

Suitable for all fitness levels and all levels of experience, our instructors will tailor classes to give you progressions and variations to fit your skill level, or ability.

A strong, flexible body is a healthy body. No matter where your starting point is, we can help you achieve your goals!
