Our first-timers classes are designed to show you exactly what parkour and AAPES are all about. Including the most popular movements, basic safety, the culture, and the history of parkour; this will give you a taste of the power, flow, laughs, good times, and the great vibes you will experience in your parkour training with AAPES.
Our first-timers classes will teach you all the basics, show off some of our high-level movements, as well as demonstrate that parkour really is for everyone, of any age, and any body type. Parkour will help you reach your fitness, recreation, satisfaction goals faster and have fun while doing it.
In this 2 hour class you will learn the philosophy of parkour, and all of the fundamentals of vaulting, jumping, and running up walls, stringing movements together, and key techniques to keep you safe!
We proudly boast that this unique first timers class has people performing techniques that many consider advanced in only a few hours. You’ll confront fears, learn to understand, and eventually overcome those fears and do amazing things that you didn’t think were possible, all while having so much fun that you don’t even realize you’re “working out”!
Our first-timers classes are the only classes where we mix adults and kids together, so the whole family can join in!
